The heavy stream from a watering can or worse, a hose, just won't do for the delicate jobs, like misting houseplants or dispersing fertilizers and fungicides. Use the pump at the top to build pressure, and then simply hold down the button to spray a delicate mist—which we find much easier on the fingers than continually pressing the trigger on a spray bottle.
