We guarantee all of our perennials, shrubs, and trees for a lifetime. If any plant fails to grow or dies, we will provide a replacement or a merchandise credit.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Because we begin preparing your order for shipment immediately to ensure plant health, changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placement.
What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?
If your plants arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours. Provide your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
